How do we do it? Ask our founders, Bryan and Kimberlee Watt. "As business owners, we always must continue to adapt", Kimberlee says. Over the course of 20 years, spanning the advent of Smart Audio Video products, Wi-Fi networks, and the creation of the iPhone, They've had to make some changes.

"We used to have in-wall keypads, and it took an abundant amount of programming to make simple things happen," Bryan adds. "The amount of time it used to take to program things has changed a lot. There's always something new out there, and it's our job to find out if it's feasible to find new technology that makes sense for our clients and their home solutions."

Although that's only half of their secret, Kimberlee shares, "The most critical part of our business is communication. Technology can be intimidating. We want to be available to support our clients, whether it's in the showroom, over the phone, or via text. This year, we've continued expanding our communication with an option for after-hours support.

The first fifteen years of our business have been built on referrals, and we want to continue to have that kind of faith in us and our team. We strive to maintain relationships even after the installation. We hold events and invite clients to stop in the showroom anytime."
