Somebody hears a Beolab for the first time and their whole idea of what a room can be shifts. You are the person standing there when it happens — and the person who carries it all the way through to the final tune.

What you would do

Host the showroom: demonstrations that let the equipment make its own argument.
Scope projects with clients — understand the house, the household and how they actually live before proposing anything.
Design systems across audio, video, lighting control, shading and networking, and produce the proposal.
Work directly with interior designers, architects and builders on projects already on the boards.
Carry the project from first conversation through commissioning — you stay with it rather than handing it off.
Keep the showroom floor looking the way a Bang & Olufsen floor should look.

What we are looking for

A genuine ear and genuine curiosity about how rooms sound and feel.
Experience in design, considered retail, hospitality, custom home building or AV — the throughline is taste and follow-through, not a specific résumé.
Comfort quoting real numbers to clients spending real money, without flinching or overselling.
Organization. Projects here run months, not minutes.
A valid Arizona driver's license — you will be in client homes.
The ability to pass a background check, licensing check, and drug screening.

Nice, not required

Bang & Olufsen, Lutron, or comparable manufacturer product knowledge.
An existing relationship with Valley designers, architects or builders.
CEDIA coursework or design-software fluency.
Any background where you were the reason someone had a good evening.
