Watt Integration technician pulling low-voltage wire through open framing at a rough-in, tools laid out on the subfloor

The layer you never see again.

Decisions made at rough-in are the ones you live with.

Structured wiring is the one part of a system that cannot be improved later without opening walls. A run that was never pulled is a room that will always be on wireless; a bundle nobody labelled is an afternoon of somebody tracing cable at your expense. So we treat the pre-wire as the design decision it actually is.

We work from the architectural set, place the runs before framing closes, and land both ends on a labelling scheme that still makes sense years from now. Where the plan is uncertain, we pull the extra run — it costs a fraction now and is not available at any price later.

Every project includes

  • Pre-wire plan against the architectural drawings
  • Category cable, coax and speaker runs
  • Labelled terminations at both ends
  • A structured panel with room to grow
  • As-built documentation on completion

The process

How a project runs, and who you speak to.

Plan

Every outlet, drop and panel located against the architectural set, before framing.

Pull

Runs pulled in the rough-in window, kept clear of line voltage.

Terminate

Both ends labelled to the same scheme, landed in the panel.

Document

A drawing of what went where, so the next trade is not guessing.

Building, or about to close the walls?

The pre-wire conversation belongs before drywall, not after.
