Cowboy Up.
R&R Ranch AZ supports whole-person development in disadvantaged youth and veterans through agritherapy and equine-assisted programs, serving youth in foster care, veterans and individuals who are neurodiverse. Cowboy Up is the ranch's annual fundraiser, and Watt Integration is among its supporters for 2026.
The night brings VIP tables, food and drinks, live music, silent auctions and raffles together in Scottsdale, with a fundraising goal of $200,000 for the programs. Tickets, tables and sponsorships are handled by the ranch.

Why we support R&R Ranch AZ
There is something remarkable about what happens when people, animals, and purpose come together.
Horses teach responsibility, confidence, patience, trust, and presence. R&R Ranch uses that extraordinary connection to create meaningful experiences for children, veterans, and others within our community.
The work is especially meaningful because its impact reaches in several directions at once: supporting people who may be navigating challenges, creating opportunities for children, honoring and serving veterans, and caring for the horses that make these experiences possible.
Cowboy Up is an opportunity to rally around it all. We're proud to support a local organization that quietly does the work, day after day, to make people's lives a little better.
Part of Community comes first, the three organizations Watt Integration supports this year.
