Community

Community comes first.

A strong community is built by people who are willing to invest in one another.

We believe some of the most meaningful work happens close to home—when children are introduced to opportunities they might never have discovered, families are given resources and understanding, veterans find meaningful connection, and people have someone willing to help open a door.

This year, we're proud to support organizations doing that work in our community.

Driving Kids Forward

Sometimes a child's future changes simply because someone introduces them to a possibility they didn't know existed.

Driving Kids Forward creates those connections, bringing children together with opportunities and experiences in STEM. We especially value the people behind the organization and their ability to bring the right individuals, businesses, and resources together for a greater purpose.

As a company built around technology, engineering, and skilled trades, we find this mission particularly relevant. The next generation of designers, engineers, technicians, creators, and problem-solvers has to start somewhere. We're proud to help open that door.

Starry Foundation

Understanding can change the trajectory of a child's life.

For families raising neurodiverse children, access to evaluations, information, and the right resources can provide more than answers. It can help parents better understand how their child experiences the world and identify the support that helps their child grow with greater confidence.

Starry Foundation is helping make those resources more accessible to families in our community. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to be understood, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential—and every family deserves help finding the path forward.

R&R Ranch — Cowboy Up

There is something remarkable about what happens when people, animals, and purpose come together.

Horses teach responsibility, confidence, patience, trust, and presence. R&R Ranch uses that extraordinary connection to create meaningful experiences for children, veterans, and others within our community.

The work is especially meaningful because its impact reaches in several directions at once: supporting people who may be navigating challenges, creating opportunities for children, honoring and serving veterans, and caring for the horses that make these experiences possible.

Cowboy Up is an opportunity to rally around it all. We're proud to support a local organization that quietly does the work, day after day, to make people's lives a little better.

Why we participate

Not everyone begins with the same resources, support system, or access to opportunity. A strong community helps close some of those gaps.

We can't open every door. We can help open a few.

We can support the people already doing important work. We can contribute resources, make introductions, volunteer our time, and help create opportunities that might not otherwise exist.

That's what community means to us: people looking beyond themselves and finding ways, large and small, to make the world around them better.
