Driving Kids Forward.
Driving Kids Forward puts a select group of kids, ages 7 to 15, in the passenger seat of a supercar for a short, professionally guided acceleration run, then spends the rest of the day introducing them to the drivers, engineers and officers who do this work for a living. Watt Integration is a sponsor of the 2026 event, and the day is free for the kids.
The event is built around one idea: physics is far more convincing at speed. Professional drivers demonstrate aerodynamics and vehicle dynamics in motion, a static display puts the cars within reach for photographs and conversation with their owners, and hands-on learning zones cover drones, robotics and STEM kits. Law enforcement officers share the track and open real conversations about careers in public service.
Sponsorship covers what the kids experience at no cost to them, and the support continues past event day into STEM-focused internships, entrepreneurial programs and scholarships. Driving Kids Forward is a project fiscally sponsored by the Edward Charles Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Drivers, guests and vendors take part through registration with the organizer.

Why we support Driving Kids Forward
Sometimes a child's future changes simply because someone introduces them to a possibility they didn't know existed.
Driving Kids Forward creates those connections, bringing children together with opportunities and experiences in STEM. We especially value the people behind the organization and their ability to bring the right individuals, businesses, and resources together for a greater purpose.
As a company built around technology, engineering, and skilled trades, we find this mission particularly relevant. The next generation of designers, engineers, technicians, creators, and problem-solvers has to start somewhere. We're proud to help open that door.
Part of Community comes first, the three organizations Watt Integration supports this year.
